In 2008 TEKSupport launched as custom software development incubator for Silicon Valley and San Francisco based startups. Since then we have grown into a full fledged managed services and nationwide onsite technology provider.
In 2010 TEKSupport was granted several nationwide rollout contracts for major retailers. While servicing multiple nationwide sites at once we were able to streamline our processes and efficiently minimize SLA response times.
2010 was also the year we developed our own cloud based helpdesk and live support chat system.
Fast forward five years and TEKSupport has grown by leaps and bounds. We tripled the size of our inhouse coding team, managed services engineers and project managers. We were able to offer an even better level of service and response times to our clients in all time zones.
Now in 2018 TEKSupport has clients in over 20 states and several countries. We are upgrading our online HelpDesk and Livechat and Cloud software systems to offer the most updated and streamlined services current technology and beyond has to offer!
